Q. How am I charged?
You are charged per month as per your active subscription plan.

Q. Is there a free trial?
Yes, You are given 14 days free trial. Trial becomes active when your Alexa Skill / Google Action goes live.

Q. What happens if you don’t want to subscribe after Trial?
If you do not wish to continue then your Live Alexa Skill or Google Assistant Actions goes into “suspended mode”. In this mode when user uses Alexa Skill or Google Assistant, it will not play any conversations / content provided by you, rather will play a custom message from us e.g. “Content will be updated soon, contact the GoVocal team for any queries.” Message will be removed once you subscribe to any paid plan.

Q. Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Plans are based on monthly or yearly billing and as long as you cancel your plan before its renewal date you won‘t be charged again (unless you have outstanding charges).

Q. Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan any time?
Yes. Plans are based on monthly or yearly billing. To change your plan please contact support team.

Q. Does GoVocal.AI provides custom pricing for bulk podcasts or for agencies?
Yes! If you have multiple podcast shows that you would like to launch on Alexa then you can contact our sales team on website chat window.
